Make taking care of yourself a priority so you can feel your best while taking care of everything else. In the event that you cannot, read our cancellation requirements below.
At Wild Craft Salon, it is expected that you respect the time of your service provider. We understand that emergencies happen. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require that you notify us of any cancellations or reschedulings. In order to fill last minute openings, we need at least 72 hours for appointments over an hour and a half, and 48 hour notice for all shorter appointments. The second time this policy is not respected, you will be charged 50% of your services. The third time, you will be charged for 100% of your services. This also applies to rescheduling.
At Wild Craft Salon, no-shows will not be tolerated lightly. If you do not call prior to your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of your services the first offense. If there is a second occurrence, you will be banned from making appointments further than 24 hours in advance in addition to being charged for 100% of your services. If there is a third occurrence, not only will you be charged 100% of your services, but you will be permanently banned
In order to respect the time of your fellow guests and the service provider, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and be rescheduled.
During these uncertain times, it is our duty to make everyone who walks through our door feel safe. Wild Craft Salon mask optional! If you prefer we both still wear masks, please text us upon your arrival that you would like your service provider to mask up. It’s all about comfort at this point.
If you or anyone in your household is not feeling well in any way or has been exposed to/has COVID-19, please let us know and you will not be subject to the normal cancellation policy. Remaining healthy is a priority to us to be able to show up for you all and to avoid passing any illness on to others. We will get you rescheduled as soon as is possible. You will still be subject to the No-Show policy, as you are still able to make a phone call or send a text.
